When it comes to car wash towels there are a variety of sizes and weights that are available. Take the following into consideration before choosing the proper towel for your car wash:

Are you wiping grease and oil, wheel wells or the engine compartment? If so you would choose a wiper that is inexpensive and disposable. Depending on the area you are cleaning, the thickness of the wiper might be taken into consideration. It is important that the wiper can fit comfortably into the soiled area.

16 x 27”: These are the most common towels for the car wash industry. They are available in several weights and colors. We offer imported towels as well as domestic and would happily find the towel that suits your requirement.

Square Towels: Ranging from 20 x 20” to 24 x 24” in assorted colors. All four sides are finished with either a factory hem or overlock stitching. These towels are slightly larger than hand towels which results in less towel changes. They are available in assorted colors or white and are packaged by the pound, not by the dozen.

Bath Towels: We carry bath towels that range from 20 x 40” up to 24 x 48” in different weights and packaging. We also have crushed packed bath towels by the pound which will vary slightly in size and weight throughout the box. The size and weight of bath towels is completely up to the users. Some people prefer a more pliable thin bath towel while others love our 'Soaker'” 24 x 48 11 LB towel.

Utility Towels: Save some money by not using your car body towels in wheel wells, jambs and engine compartments. We offer a 16 x 19” white cotton terry towel which runs about 1/3 the cost of the hand towels for dirty applications.

Micro-Fiber Towels:
The latest craze in the automotive repair and car wash industry is the microfiber towel. This product is made out of 100% synthetic materials which leaves a virtually lint free surface. It is idea for prepping cars for paint or the final wipe down after a full detail.

SPECS:
Our microfiber CLOTH is weaved by 120D. or 150D.(denier) YARN(Thread) composed of 48 strings of FILAMENT or 72filament.
Every each string of filament is to split into 16strings of MICROFIBER by our special treatment process(know- how) before dyeing of cloth.

Accordingly, one string of YARN comes to have 768 (48x16) or 1152(72x16) strings of MICROFIBER, and thickness of one string of microfiber becomes about 0.15denier or 0.13denier. This is, so called, ultra micro fiber!!! (* 0.13denier means that Total weight of 9,000meters of filament yarn is just 0.13g.)

A conjugated filament is interwoven by Polyester and Nylon (polyamide) fiber split into 16 sections, and a filament comes to have 16 strings of microfiber and 16 sections of interval-spaces in it, and each polyester and nylon fiber string turns into a wedge(triangular)

Mllions of ultra thin microfibers and interval spaces in a cloth, widened a filament's surfaces. This makes it possible for the cloth to have such a wonderful water & dust absorption power, a silk-like feel, and clean-up ability easily releasing-off dirty particles when being washed in water and quick drying in the air.

How does Microfiber work?

CHARACTERISTICS of Micro Fiber Cloth:

Perfect cleaning function - Ultra tiny wedge-shaped micro fibers, not the ordinary thick and round shaped fiber, make it possible to clean out any surface from the bottom like shaving and to absorb the particles into the interval spaces of fibers and keep them in the inner spaces of cloth until being washed out. The ordinary cloth rolls over or repels some of dirty particles on surfaces, and it means it can not make some scratches or streaks be left behind on the surfaces. Cleaning should not mean 'instant wiping' not 'constant hurting'!
Enormous absorption power- As our microfiber cloth is consisted of millions of micro fibers and inner spaces in itself, this power is possible. Our microfiber cloth absorbs and holds water and dirt up to several times its own weight.
